COMPOSURE - Liquid for Dogs and Cats (4 oz)

A calming support supplement for cats and dogs, which is recommended for animals exposed to increased environmental stressors. When pets cannot adapt to stress it can lead to anxiety, nervousness, hyperactivity, frayed nerves, excess barking, abnormal urine marking, repeated paw licking, excessive scratching, trembling or shivering, and destructive or aggressive behavior. COMPOSURE is designed to normalize nervousness, hyperactivity, anxiety, and environmentally induced stresses without affecting the animal’s emotional balance and personality. It’s an advanced formula that contains a combination of factors, not found in other calming formulas, which help to reduce behavioral problems associated with stressful situations. It can be used daily or just when extra help to relax is needed.

It combines L-Theanine (Suntheanine® brand), Thiamin (B1), Lecithin (from soy), and Calming Decapepetide (F-200® brand) from milk protein hydrolystate, which all address stress and calming. Thiamin (Vitamin B1) specifically has been shown to affect the central nervous system to help calm and sooth anxious animals. We use the Suntheanine® brand L-Theanine, which has extensive research and documentation. Over 45 studies suggest it is helpful in the area of reducing stress and anxiety. Lecithin is calming to the nervous system. The Calming Decapeptide (F-200® brand) is isolated from the milk protein casein and is known for its calming effects.

Inactive Ingredients:
cornstarch, glycerin, guar gum, maltodextrin, milk protein hydrolysate, non-fat milk solids, silicon dioxide, sorbic acid, sucrose, vegetable oil, water.

Directions for Use: Shake well before each use.
Cats: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily.

Dogs:
Under 25 lbs: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily.
26-49 lbs: 1/2 teaspoon, twice daily.
50-75 lbs: 3/4 teaspoon, twice daily.
76 lbs and over: 1 teaspoon, twice daily.

During Times of Increased Stress: It is safe to double or triple the amount above as needed.
