Shipping Information

We make our best effort to ship all orders within 48 hours, unless the order contains a prescription item that is not confirmed.

We have Following Shipping Options:

• $5.95 for USPS (US Postal Service) Ground Mail ( 5-6 working days) .

• $8.50 for USPS (US Postal Service) Priority Mail (2-4 working days).

• FREE for USPS (US Postal Service) Ground Mail ( 5-6 working days) order over $100

• $4.65 for USPS (US Postal Service) Priority Mail (2-4 working days) order over $100

• $25.00 International Mail ( Canada / Mexico)

• $30.00 for  International Mail (All other countries Except Canada / Mexico)

Restrictions: There are size limits for Express Mail orders. Generally, the maximum size is roughly 3-6 bottles or average sized items. If you have selected Express Mail shipping and your order is too large, your order will be shipped Priority instead and the Express Mail fee will not be charged.

Refund policy

• We charge 10% of product price for processing and restoring fee.

• Customer has to pay for Shipping charges on return if the return is not due to a shipping error.

• If the customer returns an item that was bought with free shipping program, customer is responsible for the shipping charges that were paid while shipping their order.

• Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase. Unopened and unused  product may be returned.  We recommend returning items in a secure box and insured for your protection.

• Items returned will be subject to a charge of 10% of the product cost. Shipping charges are non refundable.
